Park Hyatt Siem Reap is delighted to announce on 25th August 2017 guests will have a rare opportunity to savour exceptional wines from the legendary Trivento winery. Maximiliano Ortiz, a young Argentinian wine maker who oversees premium wines, will host a fine-dining and wine pairing evening as part of the annual Park Hyatt Master of Food and Wine event.


Charming and charismatic, Maximiliano receives special groups and clients visiting the winery and also leads tastings for professionals and executives. The first wine he crafted at the winery as Trivento Reserve Malbec 2008. Proud of its quality and exceptional character, Maximiliano dedicated the wine to his parents for their silver wedding anniversary. His interest in the wine industry began during secondary school while studying organic chemistry. The final exam for the class consisted of making a wine. This experience led him to study Oenology at the university Facultad Don Bosco de Enologiay Ciencias d la Alimentaction.


Guests at Park Hyatt Siem Reap will be spoiled with a canapé reception and four-course dinner. Each dish will be paired with some of the best wines from the Trivento to compliment and maximize the particular flavours of each dish. Maximiliano Ortiz will guide guests through every step of the meal making sure epicureans and oenophiles get the absolute most out of the experience.

The extravagant four-course feast will see dishes including Mekong river prawn, Australian beef tenderloin and salmon paired with Trivento’s finest wines including Tribu Viognier, Reserve, Golden Reserve Malbec and Brisa de Abril.


Guests will be amazed by the beautiful courtyard for a canape reception followed by a four-course wine pairing dinner at The Dining Room while being entertained by the soulful melody of jazz music.


This fabulous dining experience is priced at only US$50 per person including service charge and taxes.
