Masters of Food, Wine and Fashion

Park Hyatt Siem Reap teamed up with the award-winning fashion designer Eric Raisina. Eric’s designs focuses on fabrics, colours and textures, all hand-made by his Cambodian team while a representative of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne will grace the occasion.

An evening of food, wine and fashion, Park Hyatt Siem Reap’s Executive Chef Theam Pisith, created a (4) four course set menu paired with Nicolas-Feuillatte Champagne.

Double boiled chicken consommé with seafood dumplings, and lotus stamps paired with Nicolas Feuillatte Cuvée 225

Baked Mekong river fish with pumpkin-ginger purée, snow-peas, and citrus Béarnaise paired with Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d’Or


Dessert

White chocolate jelly with truffle cashew nuts, and strawberry mouse paired with Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rose
