Park Hyatt Siem Reap invites guests to indulge in a Khmer-inspired set menu thoughtfully prepared by five local chefs using ingredients from various locations around Cambodia. This extravagant menu’s highlights include natural products sourced from Kampot, Pailin, Tonle Sap Lake and Siem Reap including a look at the history of each area, inviting guests to discover rich insights while savouring delicious dishes and glasses of fine wines.
